Services for Assistance with the ARB Part 1 and Part 2 Examination Applications.
Lawrence Johnston established this independent service in 2015, in response to market demand from potential applicants preparing for the ARB Part 1 & Part 2 prescribed examinations. It has proven to be a very beneficial resource for candidates to augment any existing ‘marginal’ institutional provision. The contents of guidance and advice are regularly ‘updated’ and ‘revised’ to comply with the ongoing ARB requirements for these ‘internal’ examinations, in-line with current changes and developments in the architectural profession, the construction sector, and associated (UK) legislation. It should be noted that each of these services are offered on an individual basis, and not multiple teaching. It has gained valuable information from the ARB examiners resultant feedback from previous applications and incorporated relevant and important factors arising from the procedures of the ARB system.
Tuition Methodology for Part 1 & Part 2. This is founded upon the pattern traditionally undertaken in a UK school of architecture and adopted by several international schools of architecture.

Direction with improved ‘communication’ methods to enable the future ARB examiners locate GCs and assess the contents more readily in the supplementary material, when the ARB examiners have previously stated -“ we could not find evidence of…….”
Tailoring ‘work related’ output to comply with the ARB pro-forma templates-“employers references”.
